Unfamiliar Object
This one is for players who like quiet, creeping tension rather than loud scares. It runs in the browser on desktop in landscape, and you explore a dim office corridor by keyboard, with the mouse for looking and photographing. Each shift asks you to spot the one object that does not belong, photograph it, and fax the evidence to the right machine before time runs out—but the rules change, and making a mistake has consequences.

About this game
Unfamiliar Object is a first-person office-horror inspection game about finding the one thing that does not belong. Read the rules, explore a silent night-shift corridor, photograph the true anomaly, and submit your evidence by fax before procedure turns hostile. Each shift twists ordinary office objects into something quietly impossible.
How to play
Inspect the office corridor and find the object that does not belong. Click to enter mouse look, use WASD or the Arrow Keys to move, and move the mouse to look around. Press Space to raise or lower the inspection camera. While the camera is raised, aim at the outlined object and left-click to take a photo. Bring the evidence to the correct highlighted fax machine and left-click to submit it before time runs out. Do not report the wrong object, do not re-enter a photographed room, and follow the changing rules to survive all shifts.
